  • 1 snake cucumber(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice paste (Gochujang)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • n. B. Pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Oi Muchim or 오이 무침

Halve the cucumber and cut it diagonally into wide slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Combine the gochujang, garlic, sesame seeds, agave syrup, apple cider vinegar, and pepper to taste to make a sauce. Add the cucumber and mix with the sauce.
