Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 g leaf spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Korean spinach salad

Thaw the leaf spinach or blanch the fresh spinach. Then place the spinach in a sieve, rinse, and squeeze out the water with your hands until dry. Add salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and garlic, and mix. Serve at room temperature. Serve with rice, kimchi, and kimchi.
