Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp Korean seasoning paste (Gochujang or Sunjang)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, dark
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Grate the zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan and add the zucchini slices. When they just start to brown, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.
