Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g margarine
  • 4 onions, red
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 500 g fish fillet(s)
  • 150 g lecho
  • 150 g sauerkraut
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the sliced ​​onions. Then add the sauerkraut, lecsó, and the sliced ​​fish fillet. Add vegetable broth until everything is covered. Dice the gherkins and add them along with a bay leaf, salt, and crushed garlic. Simmer the soup for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice, and sour cream before serving. Serve with baguette.
