Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g margarine
- 4 onions, red
- 100 g gherkins
- 500 g fish fillet(s)
- 150 g lecho
- 150 g sauerkraut
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- vegetable broth
- Salt
- lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the sliced onions. Then add the sauerkraut, lecsó, and the sliced fish fillet. Add vegetable broth until everything is covered. Dice the gherkins and add them along with a bay leaf, salt, and crushed garlic. Simmer the soup for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, lemon juice, and sour cream before serving. Serve with baguette.
