Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g herb cream cheese, 15% fat
- 150 g trout fillet(s), smoked
- 50 g flour
- 30 g margarine
- 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- some salt and pepper from the mill
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
without cream
Heat the margarine in a saucepan, sauté the flour, and then gradually stir in the broth. Add the cream cheese and blend briefly. Then add the finely chopped herbs and tomatoes and let the soup simmer briefly. Cut up the trout fillets and add them to the soup. Stop cooking and season to taste. Also delicious with smoked salmon.
