Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g mountain cheese or Emmental, diced
- 400 g meat sausage or Leberkäse, cut into strips or cubes
- 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
- 2 tomatoes, in pieces
- 1 can/n corn kernels, approx. 330 g
- 2 onions, in rings
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, quartered
- 2 pickles
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the chopped and prepared ingredients in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and let it sit for a few minutes. Serve with bread.
