Colorful cheese and sausage salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g mountain cheese or Emmental, diced
  • 400 g meat sausage or Leberkäse, cut into strips or cubes
  • 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, in pieces
  • 1 can/n corn kernels, approx. 330 g
  • 2 onions, in rings
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, quartered
  • 2 pickles
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the chopped and prepared ingredients in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and let it sit for a few minutes. Serve with bread.
