Vegan Obazda with sprouts and radishes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200g tofu
  • 130 g margarine, vegan, e.g. Alsan
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 onions, diced
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • 1 handful of sprouts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quickly prepared and delicious with pretzels

Let the margarine soften. Crumble the tofu into a deep dish using a fork. Mix all ingredients except the radishes and sprouts in a bowl using a fork and season with salt and pepper. If the mixture is a bit too thick, add a splash of plant-based milk. Slice the radishes and garnish the Obazda with them. Serve with a small bowl of sprouts. Tip: I recommend mixing the ingredients by hand rather than in a blender, otherwise the Obazda will be too fine and lose its characteristic consistency.
