Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 250 g quark
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and blend with a hand blender until no lumps remain. Combine the mixture with the cream cheese and quark. Sprinkle in the paprika and mix until the “Spundekäs” turns a beautiful bright red. Refrigerate. Divide among small plates just before serving. Serve with pretzels.
