Grilled sausages and mustard sauce in a Weggla

Preparation is incredibly simple. First, cut the rolls in half crosswise using a bread knife. Heat some fat in a non-stick pan. Fry the sausages until lightly browned on all sides. Drizzle each of the eight roll halves evenly with a little cooking fat, then place three sausages on each of the bottom halves. Spread the mustard sauce on top, add two slices of cucumber to each half, sprinkle with fried onions, and place the top halves on top. Serve immediately! Serve with a cool wheat beer, a pilsner, or, for kids, a malt beer! You can also grill the sausages, of course. Then perhaps brush each half of the roll with a little butter.
