Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pairs of sausages, Frankfurter (Wiener)
- 12 slices of breakfast bacon
- 150 g cheese (Gouda)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
like in the ski hut, children love them
Cut the sausages lengthwise so that they remain closed at the ends by about 2 cm. Cut the cheese into four strips and fill the sausages with them. Wrap bacon strips around the sausages and secure with toothpicks. Heat a little oil in a pan and slowly fry the sausages, turning frequently. Serve with fries and salad. Kids love ketchup with them.
