Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 small grilled sausages (Nuremberg grilled sausages, Broudwärschd)
  • 1 roll (Weggla)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Nuremberg bratwurst rolls

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages. Cut the sausage rolls open and set aside. Once the sausages are nice and crispy, place them in a roll with the mustard on top.
