Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 400 ml broth
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 apples, sour
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillet, dry it, and pat it dry. Peel and dice the onions. Mix the paprika, curry powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. After about 3 minutes, add the onions and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the chicken stock, add the spices, and the diced apples. Let everything simmer for about 30 minutes. Then mix the crème fraîche with a little water and stir in. Season with salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Serve with rice.
