Perfect for parties and birthdays!
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and then stir in the cocoa powder until smooth. Mix together the sugar, flour, hazelnuts, and eggs until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the fat and cocoa powder mixture. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking sheet or line the edges with baking paper. Spread the batter evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Just before the end of baking, do the skewer test to make sure the brownies aren’t too dark. They’re perfect when they’re still moist inside. Let them cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces. One sheet is enough for a whole party of 10-15 people. The brownies will keep for a few days in aluminum foil. This recipe is definitely not suitable for dieters, but I haven’t found anyone who didn’t love these brownies.
