Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour (type 405)
- 150 g brown sugar
- 100 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 bananas
- 50 g butter, soft
- 3 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 120 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Puree them with a hand blender and set aside. Mix the flour with the baking powder and chopped walnuts. In another bowl, beat the sugar with the softened butter, milk and vanilla sugar including the butter vanilla extract until fluffy. Now add the pureed bananas. Carefully fold in the flour and mix well. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake for 60 minutes and then let it rest for another 5 minutes. The cake should be golden brown. The bread can now be sliced, brushed with butter and eaten fresh while still warm.
