Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 75 g chocolate (chips)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 130 g peanut butter
  • 240 g buttermilk
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 12 muffins

Mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, oil, peanut butter, and buttermilk. Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix gently. Fill the batter 3/4 full into greased muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
