Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine or butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g sugar, brown, alternatively white
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar or vanilla baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped or ground
  • 2 packs of chocolate (bake-proof chocolate drops)

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and beat vigorously again. Mix the baking powder and flour and sift in. Stir in the hazelnuts. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using 2 teaspoons, place approximately 2-euro-sized heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper; place about 16 cookies on one baking sheet, otherwise the cookies will spread. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. Only transfer the cookies to a bowl or similar after they have cooled, as otherwise they will break and stick together.
