Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 120 g butter, salted
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 175 g chocolate, semi-sweet, in pieces
  • 75 g chocolate, whole milk, in pieces
  • 75 g white chocolate, in pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cookies with triple chocolate

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the egg, vanilla, and honey. Add the flour mixture and all the chocolate and mix well. Using two tablespoons, place large mounds of dough onto the baking sheets, 5-8 cm apart. The cookies should be nice and large and spread out quite a bit. Bake for 18-22 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
