Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 125 g yogurt (vanilla flavor)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 12 candies (caramel toffee)
  • 120 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • possibly grease for the mold
  • possibly breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very chocolatey and with delicious caramel toffee

Cut the caramel toffees and dark chocolate into pieces with a knife. Cream the butter until light and fluffy, then add the eggs and sugar, beating until creamy. Stir in the vanilla yogurt. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder, and stir in. Then fold in the chopped toffees and chocolate. Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish measuring approximately 30 x 20 cm, lined with baking paper or greased and dusted with breadcrumbs (you can make a larger one, but the brownies will be flatter). Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the dish. Then cut into pieces of any size. This recipe doesn’t call for more sugar, as the toffees still release plenty of sweetness.
