Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g flour (wheat flour)
- 2 tsp sea salt (ground)
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Indian flatbreads
Place everything in a small bowl and mix well with a little water. The dough should still have a consistency that allows you to form round flatbreads. Now form the flatbreads from the dough and bake them in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
