Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g noodles (rice noodles)
- 500 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- some oil for frying
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp sugar
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Soak the rice noodles in hot water for a few minutes. Cook the broccoli in salted water or steam. Briefly fry the chicken in hot oil and set aside. Add the onion, garlic, and the drained noodles (slightly chopped) to the pan and stir-fry. Add the broccoli, meat, water (mixed with soy sauce), and season with the remaining ingredients.
