Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 110 g dark chocolate
  • 45 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 50 g chocolate, chopped
  • 30 g butter, soft
  • 90 g cream cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 drops butter-vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat and stir until smooth. Let cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix well with the sugar. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir in. Add the chocolate mixture, almond flavoring, and chopped chocolate (you can use more or less to taste, or use nuts instead) and stir in. Pour half of the batter into a rectangular dish lined with baking paper (e.g., a baking dish). For the light batter, mix the butter and cream cheese. Stir in the sugar, egg, flour, and vanilla flavoring. Pour into the dish and spoon the remaining chocolate batter over the top. Marble with a knife. Bake at 170°C for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate.
