Note: This recipe is designed for a 20cm springform pan. Dough: Mix all ingredients into a dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Filling: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Topping: Mix milk, yogurt (or sour cream), egg, and vanilla extract with a mixer. Then add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter. Finishing: Press the cooled dough into a greased and parchment-lined pan, forming a rim. Now pour the filling into the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 200°C on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Now reduce the temperature to 175°C. Spread the topping on the cake and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the top of the cake is golden yellow. Tastes best warm!
