Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 700 g chocolate, whole milk, chopped
- 200 g chocolate, white, chopped
- 50 g butter
- 350 g powdered sugar
- 200 ml Baileys Irish Cream or other cream liqueur
- 200 g nuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grease a shallow pan (about 20 x 20 centimeters). Melt the chocolate and butter over very low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the powdered sugar and cream liqueur until smooth. Fold in the nuts, pour the mixture into a mold, and let it cool. This fudge freezes well!
