Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 450 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 350 g white chocolate, melted
- 250 g nuts (walnuts or Brazil nuts), in pieces
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract with a mixer until well combined. Carefully stir in the white chocolate, then add the nuts. Pour the mixture into a greased, shallow pan, smooth it out, and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into small pieces.
