Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 bunch spring onions
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings or strips. Cook the spring onions with the spaghetti for the last 3 minutes. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the curry, and sauté over low heat. Drain the spaghetti and spring onions and add them to the hot pan. Toss with the curry butter and serve.
