Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 red peppers, pitted and cut into rings
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 8 tbsp pumpkin seed oil, Styrian
  • 200 g Austrian mountain cheese, grated
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
