Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 4 red peppers, pitted and cut into rings
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 8 tbsp pumpkin seed oil, Styrian
- 200 g Austrian mountain cheese, grated
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente and mix it with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
