Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 250 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ Chinese cabbage
  • 250 g soy sprouts
  • 250 g bamboo slices, cut into strips
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 50 g crab
  • ¼ ring/s meat sausage with garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sauce (Hoi Sin sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sweet and spicy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry paste, red, hot
  • ½ tsp coriander, ground
  • 2 tsp curry powder, hot
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

totally delicious and easy in the wok

Whisk the eggs and fry them (make scrambled eggs). Then set them aside. Add the egg noodles to a pot of cold water. Boil for 3 minutes, then rinse well. Clean the onion, bell pepper, Chinese cabbage, and snow peas. Cut them into cubes or strips along with the chicken fillet and sausage. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the chopped onion and snow peas, turning constantly, then set them aside. Add the meat and fry, turning and stirring constantly. Season with curry powder, soy sauce, and ginger powder, then set them aside. Now fry the noodles and crab in it, season with soy sauce, hoi sin sauce, sweet and hot sauce, ground coriander, and curry paste (previously dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water). Add all ingredients and mix well. Season again as desired and serve.
