Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 0.33 cup honey
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 spring onion(s)
- some salt and pepper

Brown the chicken breast in a pan with a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and fry briefly. Then add the soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds and stir to coat the meat completely. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm. Add the onion and broccoli to the pan with the sauce and fry until the desired consistency is reached. Then briefly return the meat to the pan with the vegetables. Garnish with the chopped spring onion before serving. Serve with rice.
