Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork
- 500 g pork liver(s), ground
- 150 g bacon, streaky, diced
- 2 onions, red, peeled and diced
- 2 kg jacket potatoes, peeled, cut into small cubes
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
- marjoram
- Paprika powder
- Oil, for frying

Brown the minced pork in oil, then add the bacon and onions, and continue to cook until the mince is nicely crumbly. Then add the ground liver and seasoning. Add the diced, cooked potatoes and simmer gently at a low heat. You can also mix all the ingredients together raw and stuff the suckling pig, then roast it in the oven or skewer it on the grill, depending on your taste. We prefer a so-called Rollwuz, which means the piglet is made into a kind of rolled roast, roasted without the bones, and therefore prepare the stuffing in a pan.
