Spicy wok chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 50 g mung bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce, sweet and spicy

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin slices. Divide the broccoli into florets, cook in boiling salted water for 1 minute, then rinse and drain. Trim the bell pepper and cut into thin strips. Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage. Heat the oil in a wok. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sear in the fat until crisp, and remove. Sauté the vegetables, add the garlic clove and mung bean sprouts. Return the chicken to the wok and add the soy sauce and chili sauce. Cook together for 2 minutes.
