Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ kg apples, sour
  • 2 tbsp pudding powder, vanilla
  • Water
  • some sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • some lemon juice
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 125 g sweet cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash, core, and peel the apples. Then slice or wedge them. Bring to a boil in 1/4 liter of water. Mix 2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup of cold water and add to the apples in the pot. Bring to a boil and season with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Let cool. Stir the yogurt, cream, and crème fraîche into the cooled apples.
