Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g bratwurst, fresh, scalded
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 50 g lard
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rhenish specialty

Brown the sausages in a roasting pan. Add the potatoes and other ingredients, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes at 150°C. Once the potatoes are tender, serve with a green salad.
