Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes, boiled
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • ½ onion(s), diced
  • Maggi
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until light brown. Cut the ham into strips or cubes and fry with the ham. Cut the potatoes into thin strips (sized for chips), add them, and fry over medium heat until the potatoes begin to brown. Season with salt, pepper, and Maggi dressing. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired, and enjoy.
