Cut the zucchini diagonally into slices about 1/2 thick. Sprinkle generously with salt in a sieve and let it soak for at least half an hour. Set up a breading station with three plates of flour, beaten egg, and sesame seeds. Wash and dry the zucchini slices, then coat them one at a time in flour, egg, and sesame seeds. Fry in batches in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Serve hot with a sesame dip.
