Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 celeriac
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ small onion(s), finely chopped
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

goes well with roasts, especially roast goose

Peel the celery root and slice it. Boil the celery slices in lightly salted water for 5-10 minutes and then rinse in cold water after cooking. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients together to make the salad dressing and season to taste. Toss the cooled celery slices into the dressing about 5 minutes before serving.
