Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Peel the cucumbers and slice them very thinly. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Stir occasionally. After about an hour, drain the cucumber water and add the finely diced onion and mustard. Make a sauce from the vinegar, sugar, pepper, and cream. Pour it over the cucumbers and mix well.
