Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • Grease for the tray
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and combine with the remaining base ingredients. Spread the batter onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Knead the crumb topping ingredients together and scatter crumbs of any size over the base. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
