Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200g papaya
- 1 tbsp ricotta
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- n. B. Honey
- n. B. Carrot(s), cut into thin threads
- n. B. flowers and leaves

a delicious breakfast variant ala Dewi Ayu
Cut a piece from a large papaya, peel, deseed, and dice. Arrange these on a serving plate. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until creamy and add to the papaya pieces. Garnish and serve.
