Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 1 can pineapple, grated
- 2 bananas
- 1 jar mayonnaise (yoghurt mayonnaise)
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice until tender and let it cool. Combine the mayonnaise with the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, salt, and curry powder. Stir in the cooled rice. Quarter the bananas lengthwise, then cut into pieces and stir into the rice. Break up the walnuts slightly and stir in as well. Let stand for at least 1 hour before serving.
