Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g herb curd
  • some sweet cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious Baden dip, which is eaten with boiled potatoes or fried potatoes

Whisk the quark and cream until smooth. Then finely chop the onion and stir in the chopped chives. Season with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Bibileskäs is traditionally served with boiled potatoes (or “Herdäpfel” apples) or with sausage salad and fried potatoes.
