Chicken casserole with banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 20 g flour
  • 3 tbsp curry
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 125 ml broth
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Brown the fillets and place them in a baking dish. Slice 3 bananas and place them in the baking dish. Quarter one banana lengthwise and set aside. Sauté the flour and curry powder until lightly browned, then deglaze with lemon juice and white wine. Add the cream and stock. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar and simmer for 3 minutes. Then pour the meat and bananas into the baking dish. Place the quartered banana on top as a garnish. Sprinkle with chives before serving. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
