Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg floury potatoes
- Salt
- 2 onions
- ¼ liter of milk
- nutmeg
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Boil potatoes. Fry onion rings. Mash potatoes and season. Stir in milk and onions. Tastes great with sauerkraut dishes.
