  • 0.4 liters of white rum
  • 580 g pineapple, from the can
  • 580 g mixed fruits from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This is our 2007 cocktail. We put two pears, two bananas (they could be quite ripe), a small can of pineapple, a small can of mixed fruit, 1/4 liter of white rum, and crushed ice into a blender. And off we go! Pour into large glasses (0.6 liters capacity), insert slightly larger straws, and enjoy. We were served this cocktail in Thailand. They use Thai whiskey there; we tried it with white rum, and it tasted just as good. Light, refreshing, and deliciously fruity. Enjoy.
