Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml fish sauce
  • 10 fresh green chili peppers, cut into small slices
  • 1 tsp shallot(s), sliced
  • ¼ tsp palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients. The sauce goes well with almost any Thai dish. Simply drizzle some over your food.
