Savoy cabbage and fish wok

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • ½ savoy cabbage
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g fish fillet(s) (e.g. pangasius)
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the cabbage and bell peppers and cut into strips. Clean the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the soy sauce, stock powder, sambal oelek, and 1/8 l water and bring to a boil. Add the fish to the vegetables and let it cook for five minutes. Serve with rice.
