Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g butter
- 400 g sugar
- 8 eggs
- 275 g flour
- 150 g nuts
- 200 g chocolate (dark or block chocolate), grated
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 tbsp brandy
- 1 jar sour cherries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
First, cream the butter until fluffy, then gradually add the sugar and eggs, mixing well. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift them into the mixture. Then, stir in the nuts, grated chocolate, cinnamon, and brandy. Pour the mixture onto a greased and floured baking sheet, smooth it out, and scatter the well-drained cherries evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 40-50 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
