Curry mix casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 pt. ham, cooked
  • oil
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 can of corn
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce
  • 200 g cream
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Chop the meat and cooked ham into small pieces and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and curry powder. Boil and chop the potatoes. Place everything in a greased casserole dish, add the pineapple (be sure to reserve the juice) and corn. Mix the pineapple juice with the cream and curry sauce. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the dish and bake the casserole at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
