child’s play, always works
Combine the flour and baking powder, then simply mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Peel the apples, cut them into 1.5-2 cm pieces, and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Fold most of the pieces into the batter. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on top. Now distribute the remaining apple pieces on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Tip: The basic batter also works well as a muffin base and can be refined with chocolate sprinkles.
