Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g buckwheat flour
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cube of yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water, mix dry ingredients, add yeast water, and mix. Let rise for about 15 minutes, then place in a greased pan. Place in a cold oven and bake for 15 minutes at 220°C, then for another 30 minutes at 180°C.
