Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 375 g potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 125 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Grease for the tray

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and mix it with the flour to form a loaf. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Combine the potatoes with the butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Then mix well with the yeast. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about a thumb on a greased baking sheet, prick it, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and drizzle with melted butter again. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about half an hour.
